      I liked the clientele because you can build great connections, I also like to curate spaces for people and work with interior designers

      Cons

      Management was really poor and there wasn’t enough foot traffic to the showroom, expectations for sales are too high for demographic

      Pros

      Overall, the work environment is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Once you reach management levels, there are also chances to travel nationally and internationally. Annual bonuses and raises are consistent, which is a great benefit.

      Cons

      Certain functions do not have a clear career path available.
