      Overall, the work environment is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Once you reach management levels, there are also chances to travel nationally and internationally. Annual bonuses and raises are consistent, which is a great benefit.

      Certain functions do not have a clear career path available.

      High Quality, Well Made, Luxury Products, Comfort and Style Help the Furniture to Sell.

      Cons

      The White Glove Delivery Fee's are High and often a hurdle to overcome and sometimes a deal killer. The Computer Design Software Library needed to be managed better.
