      Pros

      Most of the people who work at Robert Half are great. If managed right, this job gives you the flexibility to build your own successful business. The income potential is also there.

      Cons

      Upper management in Seattle has no idea what they are doing. The team went from billing all time highs to billing close to nothing. Almost every good employee has left because of the upper managements poor decisions.
