Pros

None- this place is trash.

Cons

They lie to you, they lie to each other, they to clients.. I would strongly advise not working here or working with them. Was told not to interview or even bother recruiting “foreigners with thick accents” FTEP Everything thing at this place revolves around trying to scam people into using you for an outrageous fee. Watched others just copy and paste people’s LinkedIn profiles onto a word doc then email it to hiring managers. This was done without the permission of that person. Leadership then forced this practice onto everyone to look like they were working. This place is TRASH. No diversity, waste of time listening to other’s rambling on about what they did one time that made that one deal… I was spending time having to apologize for leadership and team members to hiring managers because they were rude and bullying hiring managers to get money from them. I guarantee you will hate it here. It’s basically a crappy sales job that will make you question what is wrong with these people.

Pros

Not much to say here, unfortunately.

Cons

In the technology practice, the unwillingness to adapt to a rapidly changing market can no longer be ignored. Too many decisions continue to be justified by the mindset of "this is the way we've always done things," even when those approaches are becoming less effective or counter-productive. While competitors evolve their business models, recruiting strategies, and client engagement practices, continues to be reluctant to challenge long-standing processes and assumptions. The impact of this resistance to change is becoming increasingly visible in the market. Clients and candidates have more options than ever before, and perceptions of the organization are being shaped by experiences that no longer align with current expectations. Without a willingness to listen to feedback and embrace new approaches, there is a real risk of causing lasting damage to the company's reputation, employee retention, and long-term competitiveness.
