Great exposure to outside client B2B selling that can truly give you an idea of what it takes to make it in a true outside sales and staffing role.
Cons
Downsides include poor life-work balance. Management is young and simply outlasted senior individuals. Boutique pricing is the sell for a service that is not exceptional for some of the candidates.
