Good idea for a business - bad execution.
Cons
TCG (part of RHT) uses the same scare tactics as their umbrella company. They poach people from the industry, make promises and then never follow through. It's mostly a game of chess where team members are pitted against one another, which creates a bad environment and no really creativity. The old and tired RHT approach of instilling fear in employees to produce more seems to be growing old. I'm not sure how they can continue to attract and retain good employees much longer with this method.
