      Pros

      4 weeks paid vacation is the only thing.

      Cons

      Negative, angry miserable people. low base with decent comp for commission. management is horrible. I currently don't have a manager, given the run around about being promoted.

      Pros

      Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

      Cons

      Can be hard to reach at times.

      Good assignments with reputable firms

      Cons

      Your recruiter will not check in with you during the assignment or provide any update on the status of when the assignment will end or reach out about how to secure a new assignment.
