Pros

Strong technology - Salesforce Fun people, personality wise Great team building activities outside of work

Cons

-Too much of a shark environment here. -Certain managers try to steal credit. -You have to watch out for other recruiters trying to be sneaky and steal your candidates, there is no real system in place to make sure this doesn't happen. -Other Recruiters can steal flips- again no real system in place to protect your hard work -Everyone is just trying to step on the next person to get where they need to be. -Constant fighting over credit... its exhausting. -Constant trainings from people who are NOT in production so they don't know what they're talking about. -Micro-management when it comes to KPIs and metrics -New Hire training is just a bunch of reading material... and trainings from people who aren't in production so new hires aren't trained properly. -Bonuses are affected by outside variables like candidates not showing up for work or client's backing out of a deal... so basically you work for free on those. -As hard as we work and as stressed out as we are day in and day out, there should be unlimited CTO - No Sick time awarded.. if you're sick you're forced to use your CTO. It should be separate.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
