Pros

Money.... its a sales job. Here the cream rises. If you are one of the best, you will be compensated better here than anywhere else in the industry.

Cons

Its the downsides of recruiting in general. If you want to be successful you have to be driven and work hard. Annuity only helps so much, you constantly have to develop new business to be successful.

Always reaching out about new jobs coming across their desk - got work very fast.

Cons

You have to call. At first I was just applying online but it wasn’t until I called to that they actually saw my applications.
