Pros
The only pros that come to mind is that they offer great training. However these trainings will mostly be held over your lunch break, illegally as you are supposed to be able to break before your fifth hour.
Cons
This by far was the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. The other reviews have to by biased or fake. My office in particular was horrible and Ive heard from others in my region that it was similar in theirs but I can only speak to that. Hopefully in other areas the culture is better. - Horrible management (constant micro management all they care about is metrics. Oh you got a start....why didn't you get 5) - Zero work life balance (you are expected to work an hour of overtime daily, its not an option) - Salary (base salary is low and is based on that hour of overtime) - Bonus (good luck bonusing that wont be till your second year at least. Take a look at your GM and look how much you are making them and how they are treating you) - Turnover (Over 3/4 of the office had turned over in less than a year. It's hard to build a good culture when you treat your employees the way you do) - Culture (most people you speak to share the same out look on the organization and are just there because they got sucked in and are building their resume) - Office (Offices are run down and haven't been updated in years. They want us to run company ins in that environment? Its embarrassing.) - Software ( They always drill in your head that they have the best software. They don't. No offers for LinkedIn Recruiter or other handy recruiting softwares. SalesForce has so much outdated data entered in its not even useful) - No clear guidelines (If you have a flip people will try to steal credit. There are always disagreements of who gets the credit. Shady things happen quite often) - Over Saturation ( If you have a client they can expect to be called by every other line of business. It's too much. I have also had clients comment about the turn over.) All in all please don't get pulled into this horrible company. They don't care about candidates or their employees they just want people to be on the phones saying their name and could care less about anything else but their pockets.
