Pros

Met some great people (who are all gone). Good regional & national training.

Cons

Forced to don commercial real estate agent costuming. Constant sexual harassment happened at my office and the stories from other offices during national trainings were not any better. Stories about sex in offices, having to wear heels and having my appearance commented on nonstop (whether good or bad).
