Decisions from COO go straight to the floor with little to no filter by management, entirely too much mid-level management, stymie sales and recruiting on the ground in order for management to feel like they are doing their job, sales people have little wiggle room to make a sale, about 3 too many weekly meetings on a good week, you can make significantly more at another staffing firm with the amount of work demanded of you and the very top sales people can do whatever they want no matter how much they pollute the overall office environment
