Pros

-Great company exposure, dedicated marketing department that does a ton of your administrative tasks for you. -Market recognition is good and bad, but your customers almost always know who RHT is. -You have market protection from other offices so you don't have to worry about someone moving in from another office somewhere. - You get credit for "flipping" job orders to other offices the first time so it will improve your margins with little work for you. -Strong database that has been filled by previous folks so cold calling is TONS easier. -Lots of support from your recruitment staff, they are great about getting hot leads to you quickly.

Cons

-Long, long, long hours. They say go home, but what they really mean is do all your planning and get everything done and then go home. Make sure you get things wrapped up and planned for the next day or you will pay for it. -It is the RHT way or no way, not necessarily a con, just know that if you don't like the way they do things, it will never change. The most common response is Robert Half has been doing it this same way for the past 60 years, why would you not do it our way? -High turnover, typical of recruiting. If you can make it 9 months you are home free but the first nine months are TOUGH, be prepared!!

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
