Pros

Supportive team environment – After some early organizational changes, I’ve landed on a team that is collaborative, communicative, and genuinely supportive. Strong teamwork makes day-to-day work smoother and more manageable. Clear structure and processes – The role is highly structured, with established processes that help keep work organized and predictable. I usually know what my day will look like, which helps with efficiency and work quality. Process-driven culture – When processes are followed, work flows well and expectations are clear. This creates consistency and accountability across the team. Internal mobility opportunities – When positions open up in other offices or departments, internal employees are often considered first, making it possible to explore new roles within the company. Stable day-to-day responsibilities – The work is consistent with manageable challenges, which is great for someone who values routine and clarity in their role.

Cons

Frequent layoffs – The company has a pattern of layoffs occurring once or twice a year. Even highly tenured employees (15–25 years) are not immune, which creates ongoing job security concerns for myself and coworkers. Lack of transparency around terminations – At times, coworkers appear to be let go with little explanation, which can impact morale and trust in the company. Compensation imbalance – I feel like candidates and recruiters are often prioritized financially (bonuses, incentives), while operational support staff have no bonuses (unless you win an award) and minimal year-end recognition for the holidays.

Pros

Robert Half gives more recruiting tools than you could ever use, RPS, LinkedIn, job postings, AI, Zoom Info, etc... They spend their money investing back into the company.

Cons

They don't give any stock options or even the ability to purchase stock at a discount. It's a publicly traded firm without a key benefit most associate with that.

Pros

Not much to say here, unfortunately.

Cons

In the technology practice, the unwillingness to adapt to a rapidly changing market can no longer be ignored. Too many decisions continue to be justified by the mindset of "this is the way we've always done things," even when those approaches are becoming less effective or counter-productive. While competitors evolve their business models, recruiting strategies, and client engagement practices, continues to be reluctant to challenge long-standing processes and assumptions. The impact of this resistance to change is becoming increasingly visible in the market. Clients and candidates have more options than ever before, and perceptions of the organization are being shaped by experiences that no longer align with current expectations. Without a willingness to listen to feedback and embrace new approaches, there is a real risk of causing lasting damage to the company's reputation, employee retention, and long-term competitiveness.
