Pros

Experience in different business sectors with multiple companies People I engaged with were nice

Cons

Pay is a bit underwhelming Little to no training on contract roles They don’t necessarily make sure it’s a good fit before they place you on assignment and tend to embellish your qualifications so you most likely will be in over your head Working contracts can be challenging as there are definitely some toxic work cultures you will experience It’s very hard to get a job after working contracts roles, as it’s look at unfavorably by recruiters. Also, you sign a bunch of non-compete documents. Therefore, if you fina a really great company and they want to hire you they have to pay Robert Half and exorbitant amount of money which will likely make these companies steer clear (this happened to me).

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
