      Overall the company had a good concept and a good idea however putting it into practice seemed to be the biggest issue

      Cons

      No salary review / poor management / no bonus / no interest in the employee what so ever / no training / no development / no promotion / jobs for the boys

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
