Pros
The company offers a lot of training to its employees and lays out what is expected. Follow their procedures and policies and everything else is pretty much a given.
Cons
A lot of red tape. As a company, their standards and polices are detailed and high-- it proves frustrating when those who are hired there do not mirror said standards. Such a dichotomy causes quite the confusion.
