Pros
Good benefits Large company Very structured processes (systems don't always support these and not always executed well, however they is a strong focus on continuous improvement)
Cons
Gets very swollen in middle management and creation of unnesecary support teams during good times. Due to competing with other major companies for similar personel some of the internal promotion/diversity decisions are not great for team members - leaves people reporting to inexperienced/unsuited leaders.
