Pros
Reasonable benefits package covering medication, dental and extended health benefits, retirement pension and in-store discounts which can be quite substantial.
Cons
Unreasonable work expectations with longer working hours due to longer opening hours yet cuts in staffing. Reluctance to convert long-time part-time staff to full-time status, probably because they don't want to commit to giving out benefits.
