Will pay bare minimum for assistants and techs which result in a revolving door of them. Extreme med review pressure - will cut hours from stores not performing as many medreviews and script count growth. Yearly wage increase is like 70 cents. Head office management disconnected with pharmacy team, like they have no idea what the pharmacy actually goes through on a daily basis. Zero relief pharmacists around because they all quit since working conditions are so stressful.
