They will work you to an early grave. Do not follow bc pharmacy rules. Do not follow employment standards act. If the can bully or trick you out of paying you they will. Exploit recent immigrants and anyone else who is in a desperate position if threatened with being laid off such as single mothers. Exploit practicum students as free grunt labour. Very high turnover of management at every level producing chaos such as dissappearing logged OT hours. Perpetually short staffed. If you say you are unable to do overtime enough they will lay you off. Do not train employees.
