Pros

Discount on products, ease of communication with prescriptions and pharmacists, vacation for salaried employees, possibility of bonus based on performance.

Cons

Goals and objectives for year's work may change half way through the year if it looks as if you're going to nail them and get a good bonus. Working overtime all the time on salary. If you do a good job, more and more is thrown at you. Some regional managers need attitude adjustments. Wage inequality based on whether you're male or female, regardless of experience. Supply issues, Major disconnect between head office and store level. And among departments at head office!!! No choice in our benefits (which we must pay for if we want full coverage) when they were changed to an insurer owned by the company, Less benefit, ore cost. Restructured with no discussion. Is that even legal?
