Pros
Pretty much nothing... im trying to think but nothing is coming to mind! Maybe the wages are slightly higher than competition.
Cons
Very stressfull work environment, pushing for med services in an unethical way. Minimal support staff (tech hours), basic insurance is the worst (they cover 30%). You're a healthcare professional why put yourself under this stress. Apply somewhere else. I will be too. :)
