- You are just a number! You can hit your target 6 quarters in a row, as soon as you have one back Q, your automatically in the doghouse. Even if you have no control over a client taking out 3 million out of their business account.
- I was told after hitting just over 200% that I was no longer considered a top performer as the bar had gone up to 250% (no word of a lie)
- The targets goes up by 33% every quarter, which mean if you don't show you can hit 200% in your first 2 quarters you will be cut / fired
- You have to work every single weekend (WITHOUT FAIL). During the weekend you have to prospect & research between 30-45 accounts
- I started with a team of 17, currently there are only two left (date: 23/Jan/2025). I know as we're all going for food and drinks at the end of the month
- They fired one of my colleagues whilst he was on holiday (once again, I give you my word - this is no word of a lie)
- The constantly change the commission structure (eg ever quarter).
- your essentially have 6 month job security. If you hit under a certain amount of your target you are on a PIP, then if you don't it that number your fired immediately. To be fair to them, if you can't hit your PIP number (which at the time was 85% of your target, you shouldn't really be at Revolut) but just so you know.
- Very clicky, managers all sit at one table and everyone else ...
- Very aggressive approach to selling
- Metrics for everything eg 60 calls a day, 20 emails minimum, 7 connects, 7 new business a quarter (that should be easy to be fair) etc
