-Robotic work, and to make you feel a little less like a rat in a cage they might assign you meaningless tasks every now and then. - Unmanagable targets: targets are calculated in an unrealistic manner. They are always expecting you to give 100% all the time, setting targets which are unrealistic to achieve on a daily basis. - On the same note, managers do not care about you. I was working insanely hard when I started, which eventually lead to a mental breakdown. There is no support once you stop doing what is expected of you, You are then purposfully excluded and left on your own. On a more ironic note, you are also constantly bombarded with mental awareness posts while being treated as worthless. - As you work mainly from home, with no obligation to go to the office unless you want to, meaningful connections are harder to make, which ends up leaving you isolated. Furthermore, team enviroment can be quite toxic, almost feeling highschool-esque with specific groups that can make you feel quite excluded.
