Pros

No pros, it's a bad company to work for!

Cons

Most of you may think this is an exaggeration and that I am frustrated because I no longer work for this company. This review is a real one, with accurate facts, if you think I am exaggerating, go and try it for yourself. I interviewed for and accepted a job as BDR in London, fully remote. Upon interviewing they sold themselves to me as the best company in the world, that they will provide me with the latest tech and software to do my job. Two weeks on the job and they provided me with a super cheap Chromebook PC and no other tech stuff (I simply asked for a pair of headphones but they refuse because was not essential for the position I was covering). They originally promised 45 leads a week assigned to us, but in reality, in 4 months I worked there they gave us 100 leads in total. If you struggle with the job they DO NOT CARE you gotta deliver, even if you do not have the tools available. They are a bunch of ridiculous people, and you feel the bad vibe as soon as you get in the office on the first day, all of them are snobbish and ridiculous. I genuinely hate their fake culture, they are simply toxic. Check the people's Linkedin pages that worked there, they stayed max 6-8 months, everyone left because they are horrible, they treat them super badly.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
