Revolut has grown hugely, from a small start-up to a global business. As we are a young business, we still work on improving some of our processes to make sure we offer the best possible experience to our Revoluters. By intently listening to our employees, we've birthed new policies, such as new performance bonus (on top of existing scheme), new promotion philosophy, Birthday Leave, hybrid working arrangement, 60-day temporary working abroad flexibility, 2 extra wellbeing days, Team Engagement budgets or RevManager Hub.
We value our Revoluters highly and we're trying hard to make sure that our people know that.
