      In Revolut, everyone takes the company values very seriously, so it is expected that your work reflects an outstanding performance for an A-player. Revolut will ask a lot from you but it will deliver a lot for you too.

      Cons

      As an international organization there is a lot of administrative requirements such as mandatory trainings, project management software, service desks and tickets for a variety of situations. This could complicate the flow of your job sometimes.
