We want Revolut to be a great place to work with a positive culture where everyone feels included. We work hard to create equal and supportive conditions for everyone. Where perks differ between countries it's usually a consequence of different rules and regulations in local labor markets.
We listen to our people and try to ensure that all voices are heard - that we are working smartly not just hard so that everyone can get a reasonable balance between work and the rest of life. That’s why we implemented: hybrid working, up to two months working abroad and this year two extra well being days to take when you need them.
