We understand that as we're hyperscaling, there will be moments when you'll need to just Get It Done - but that's why we try to make it easier for you in those moments with great benefits like free dinners after 7pm in the office, and plenty of holiday time so that when you switch off, you can properly recharge. In the London office, we also created a 'Reflection Room' so that when you need a moment to yourself, you have a private space in which to do that.
