      Great Idea lots of opportunity really grateful , alot of people are really working hard for this great Idea that we all working behind

      I am writing this after we tried to escalate this to the higher management but no action I can say it is very unprofessional HR in PL , HR is not up to the level of the company interms of being professional, availabity , not knowledgeable about HR process, make alot of mistakes, not even nice with employees. please watch out the people in the HR that is my best advice

      Pros

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
