Pros

One of the biggest positives about Revolut is how much it has helped me develop. I’ve had the autonomy to step up and take on more, but also the benefit of working with outstanding colleagues and leaders who have supported and coached me throughout. That support made the responsibility feel empowering rather than overwhelming. It’s a fast-moving company, but that pace makes it exciting, and the work itself feels impactful. Even in a remote environment, there’s a real sense of connection with colleagues. Everyone is moving towards the same goal, and that shared mindset naturally brings people closer together. It creates a strong feeling of alignment, collaboration, and mutual support.

Cons

The performance expectations are high which align with the vision and standards of the company, however, that intensity comes with clear upside. The fast pace means steep learning curves and long hours at times, yet the rewards (both personal and monetary) make it worth it. If you thrive on progress and want to accelerate your career, the challenges become opportunities rather than obstacles.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
