      • Clear growth path! There are clear checkpoints for promotions and progression, which is appreciated as it makes the process more transparent. • Good bonuses for achieving or overachieving goals. • Love my team and the people I work with, I consider them close friends • Hands on, you learn a LOT • Lots of benefits! I love working remotely, health care, meal vouchers and many more things

      Cons

      • KPIs are sometimes not very reasonable, not everything is so black or white. • At times, the workload can be quite demanding.

      Pros

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
