      Pros

      - pay is pretty competitive - looks kinda good in CV, at least in Europe market

      Cons

      - everything outside engineering is a master class in incompetence, skeleton crews with 0 communication between them. I have 15 YoE in companies from 100 people to 50k, this is the worst I've seen - engineering is lacking where many other tier 1-2 strive - you have abysmall autonomy, engineering culture is rigid AF, not-invented-here stuff is low quality compared to what I'm used to see - lot of your time as an engineer will be spent on "managerial" duties, pinging people 3-5+ times, trying to coerce them to do some work

      Pros

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
