Well known company, great product, lots of resources, easy to advance and work your way up quickly, decent pay
Cons
Ultra toxic work culture, constant micromanagement, only given negative feedback, cut a lot of corners in compliance, volume over quality, processes change multiple times per day and just a slack message is sent. Will be told to work unpaid overtime to hit KPIs, high turnover, my entire team turned over within a year. My entire team was located in different countries so we did “virtual team building meetings”
