      crecimiento de carrera rápido, exposición desde el principio compensación entre las mejores del mercado, con paquetes competitivos y perks entorno remoto con mucha autonomía y retos estimulantes trabajas con compañeros muy capaces se te da mucha responsabilidad desde el primer día

      no hay mucho work life balance, hay jornadas largas con frecuencia un mal trimestre puede costarte el puesto el rendimiento se mide de forma totalmente data-driven

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
