The real KPI is a subjective metrics, designed by your manager and exempted from the system - Your bonus is a scam. the likelihood of being paid is less than a flip of the coin - Management are not driving any messages to change this culture because it works to the benefit of their bottomline - As a senior person, you are at risk of being fired without any notice (over 5,000 senior managers/directors rotated in 10years with an average of 8months in the company). - If you work in the Polish office, this is the worst place (micromanagement, discrimination, incompetent and insecure managers) - I was in a management position so everything I have written is facts
