Culture, Company reputation, Relevance to working interests, good organization and facilities

Cons

I think Renault should invest more on brilliant employees to motivate them and keep them in the company. The culture of innovation and bringing better solutions should be improved in the company to produce superior products comparing to the rivals. The human resource needs to be more independent and fight more for employees' rights rather than obeying and following management. This problem reduces employees motivation to work better and finally less productivity and financial benefits for the company will be the consequences. Renault needs to have better policies to keep their employees.

Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

Cons

As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
