      They invest in their staff (educational opportunities for personal growth) has good benefits like a car if you negotiate well. Plenty of opportunities for career change within the company.

      Cons

      Not very flexible. Not much autonomy or freedom unless you're part of management. Depending on the department can be toxic. Medical aid is not good.

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
