      Stable. Salary on time. Enjoyable team environment (depending on which team you end up in).

      Cons

      Salary not adapted to market conditions and low salary raises (usually less than 10%). For a couple of years the entry level salary increased a lot faster than my own leaving me behind new employees that had no knowledge or experience.

      Pros

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
