      • despite English is the official language, French is heavily used • sometimes the projects go on a very fast pace, with a tight and fragile planning • unstable working teams (you can easily be transferred to work to other projects all the sudden) due to resignations • poor knowledge transfer

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
