Pros
Renault is changing. From the company that used to be owned by the French government to a global one, with engineering centers and production lines all over the world. Some pros would be: the multicultural environment, the available trainings and the quality of Top management.
Cons
It makes it interesting for the employees, yet challenging and difficult some times - imagine the language and cultural barriers, the need to adapt the tools, the distance, etc.
