Culture - Openness, treating people with respect, possibility to contact any level of management with an opinion / suggestion People - the most talented bunch of folks I have ever worked with, smart, hard working, passionate Open source model - not only in development, but in anything that the company does Great products - products widely used in the industry, setting some of the business standards Stability and prospect of further growth - even if you stay in the same role for a couple of years, the company is growing, which means that each position gains complexity throughout the time

Hard to say cons, for sure a company not for everyone. You need to be self-driven and motivated in order to do the job
