Pros
Excellent benefits, good PTO, and the best is that you are to "build" your own schedule for the week (up to some extent).
Cons
It's really difficult to get promotions, the only way you get a new job is to move to another area at the company. Management doesn't seem to be too interested in their associate's careers.
