Surrounded by smart people and team member who work hard.
Cons
Many in senior management foster a toxic culture. Profess much about about open culture, meritocracy, and how different they are and at the end of the day keep to their own secret sub cultures and fiefdoms, practice heavy handed politics, get their staff to drink the Kool Aid, and wind up being worse than the big business cultures they criticized for so long. It's ironic and it's Karma they've been acquired by Big Blue.
