Bad for women in storage sales, harassment - Enterprise Account Executive Red Hat Employee Review

Male dominated environment in emerging product sales (storage, cloud, middleware). About 50 people within emerging product sales team; only a handful of women. Executive made numerous inappropriate comments to women directly, and relating to women in general. Red Hat is aware but has not done anything to prevent the hostile work environment for women on this team.
