Pros
Great insurance that covers everyone in the household including pets. Free convenience store snacks, free RedBull, and almost just as much free alcohol. Company events and the occasional RedBull merch/swag.
Cons
High turnover rate due to overworking. Weird company culture of making it seem like everything is awesome, therefore complaints are either discouraged or outright ignored (and I mean from routing readjustment requests down to even asking for new uniforms). Notably poor talent development, and even worse at retaining it. Office politics and nepotism are pretty much a given. False promises and outright lies from management to save face at the expense of you is the most common leadership style. 55+ hour work week and pay is capped and NOT competitive. Hitting your volume bonus every month consistently is uncommon. It's an open secret in the company that KPI is a joke metric and serves as an avenue to force hard to justify displays that just end up having to be picked up by the ASM later -- all of which will effect your sales and therefore your bottom line. Management has zero interest in building relationships with customers, everything is on you as the ASM.
