The "culture" is just a facade for a collective inexperienced, toxic management operating in a by the seat of their pants approach. Turnover is a revolving door because they are so thirsty for people they only hire inexperienced people for both management and route driving. They do this because they pay well below the industry standards, thus they can't attract anyone with experience. There is no solidified process or procedure in place for any part of the operation. Instead it is solely ran on favoritism and nepotism.
