Pros

-Cool and exciting company to work for -Would go to cool events -Okay pay -Get to travel

Cons

-Big seperation between office staff and account managers -The senior managers put just enough effort in to stay afloat and would value leisure time more than actual work ( Multiple time I have caught them playing video games in the conference room) -Bad communication between Senior account managers and the account managers. -Lots of workplace gossip The Sales trainee role isn't entirely accurate to what the staff actually get you to do. A more accurate title for the role would be an errand person (which is the majority of what you will do) and person who covers account managers during their time off. When you do get to cover account managers and do something that somewhat resembles the sales trainee role, there is no commission on any sales you make and to make matters worse, they dump you into a territory where the accounts you go to would much prefer dealing with their regular making a sales pitch hard.

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
