Pros

- Fun events; both work and celebratory - Cheap Healthcare ($125 for family; PPO) - Well Known Company - Liberal Travel Policy (nice hotels. good daily limit) - Young and Talented Coworkers - Average 401K Match (0.5% up to 8%) - Successful company - 10-15% bonus based on position - Solid Work Life Balance depending on your position. Event-based roles have a lot of expectations to work above and beyond normal hours. Same with On Premise; you will be out and about ALL the time.

Cons

- VERY limited room for growth. The teams are lean and if you don't want to move to HQ in California, you're basically stuck. - The pay (and raises) leave MUCH to be desired. The pay is on the lower end of market average. They use their benefits and image as an excuse not to pay higher. - NO WORK FROM HOME. someone higher-up has been strongly against work from home since the beginning.

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
